Dom(Cathedral) with 95m high tower or St.Bartholomew Church. 9th century
church was rebuilt into Gothic style in 13th and 14th century. |

Since 1152, it was used as election hall for Emperor of Great Roman Empire.
Crowning of Emperor was done since 1562. Outside is under refit with garnish

Going back to Roemerberg again, and enjoy beautiful Medieval square. |

Center of this square are City Hall Roemer and timberwork housed. City
bought the three houses in 1405 and refit to the city hall. Center building
is called Zum Roemer and belonged to a merchant who dealt with Rome. This
name became the name of the city hall and the square was called as Roemer.
The housed were lord house in 15th century. These houses were restored
after the war by old photographs and drawings. |

Just after the entrance, Nikolai church is there. Light changes from bright

Nikolai Church was originally built in 1290. Inside seems to be new and
