• Valley of Blue Moon is near Lijiang and can look up at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The river flows between the valley is "White Water River." The valley besides the river was recently named Valley of Blue Moon. The name comes from James Hilton's "Lost Horizon". In it, the Valley of the Blue Moon is the original of this valley. White Water Table is famous for rice terrace like limestone layer. In Valley of Blue Moon, artificial limestone layer was made for imitating White Water Table for sightseeing purpose. Scenery is artificial but the view facing Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is great.
