• As right map shows San Antonio river surrounds the city center. The boat over this San Antonio river has left. In the banks of the river, there are some places of landing piers. It boards the boat there, and goes sightseeing in scenery from the river.

• This River walk comes round peacefully walking of course in surroundings, and the scenery being looked at from the river were arranged beautifully.

• The Arneson River theater is composed to have the stage and the auditorium on both sides of the banks of the river. And the interesting mechanism can provide both the spectator and the stage can be seen from the river when it performs.

• Most hotels were built around the banks of the San Antonio river, and it is possible to stroll by going down directly from the other side to the river of the hotel entrance or opposite side to the road.

• The buildings were designed from the river side on the assumption that the view from the river would be seen also. Therefore, the scenery seen from the river side shows a different impression from the road side of the buildings. For instance, the convention center has a unique building style where one side is covered with the full-height glazing when seeing from the river side though it is a common building when seeing from the entrance side, and the glass side was decorated with the very big Stars and Stripes.
