• Melbourne is said to be a historic city. Melbourne was named in 1837 and became a temporary capital when Commonwealth of Australia was established in 1901. Melbourne is second largest city and has 3,300,000 population. Capital has moved to Canberra in 1927, which locates between Sydney and Melbourne, after the struggle with Sidney. • Sydney is rather modern or rational city and it has image of business town. On the other hand, Melbourne is a town of human. In Sydney, there was little food shops on the ground but in Melbourne, there are many small food shops around back and forth.

• Melbourne streets consist of big and small one after the other. Small street is called with "little" before the street. For example, famous Collines street has little Collins street next to it.

• Melbourne's right turn method is very special. On the right turn, cars stop in cross section and wait signal change. When signal of right side changes green, cars can turn right. This way is called Hop Turn Method.
